Management measures for environmental protection at the construction site

in order to prevent pollution and disturbance of residents during construction, environmental protection measures are formulated in accordance with relevant national and local regulations and in combination with the actual situation of the construction site

I. prevent air pollution

1. Overlap the soil and sand piles in the site with canvas or dense mesh

2. The roads and open spaces in the construction site are all hardened, the circulating roads are poured with C20 concrete, and the ground in other areas is paved with 500mm 500mm square bricks, with local greening

3. When cleaning up construction waste, the method of container lifting shall be adopted, and no one is allowed to scatter it in the air at will. Closed garbage stations shall be used to store garbage, and domestic garbage and construction garbage shall be stored separately and cleared and transported in time. The dispersion problem of carbon nanotube coating during outward transportation has been solved, and the cover is tight to ensure that it is not scattered along the way. 4. Special personnel shall be assigned to clean the construction site, and drinking equipment shall be used to spray water regularly to reduce dust

5. Set up a sedimentation area in front of the concrete pump and the concrete truck. Before the concrete truck leaves the site, a specially assigned person shall clean the vehicle to prevent the wheels from carrying mud out of the site and driving on the road

6. The wood (sawdust) generated in the woodworking shed is collected and bagged by a specially assigned person and sent to the designated place

7. Cement, lime and other materials prone to dust shall be unloaded gently and placed slowly, and closed inventory method shall be used to reduce the generation of dust

8. The construction work surface shall be cleaned at the foot after the work is completed, and the construction waste shall be loaded into containers in time and hoisted to the garbage station for disposal

9. Fire proof straw curtains are used for thermal insulation measures in winter, and rock wool quilts are not used to prevent rock wool dust

10. Chemicals, plastics, rubber, oil and other items shall not be burned in the construction area and living area of the construction site to prevent harmful and toxic smoke and dust from polluting the atmosphere and causing toxicity

II. Prevent water pollution

1. Set up sedimentation tanks at the front desk of small mixers, at the cleaning place of concrete transfer pumps and concrete transport vehicles, so that the discharged wastewater passes through the tank first, and then is discharged into the municipal government sewage pipeline after secondary sedimentation, or recycled for watering and dust reduction

2. In view of the fact that there are many dining staff in the canteen, we set up a canteen sewage oil separator. The sewage produced in the canteen must be treated by the oil separator and then discharged into the sewer pipe. A special person is assigned to manage it, and the oil is removed regularly (twice a week) to prevent water pollution

3. The oil and oil agents stored on site shall be stored in a special warehouse and managed by a specially assigned person. No other materials shall be stored in the warehouse, and the floor and wall of the warehouse shall be treated with special leakage prevention measures. Implement the method of fixed personnel and limited collection in use. Set up special inspection to prevent pollution caused by running, emitting, dripping and leakage

4. Toxic and hazardous wastes are forbidden to be used as earthwork backfill to avoid polluting groundwater and the environment

III. prevent noise pollution

strictly implement the noise reduction system formulated by haigh.p. (haif), an Englishman, who made a fair interpretation of the different notch effects of high-strength steel and mild steel in 1930 (1929 (1)) (gb-). The following measures shall be taken during construction to prevent noise pollution

1. Man made noise control

(1) advocate civilized construction, establish and improve the management system to control man-made noise pollution, enhance the environmental awareness of all construction personnel, improve the consciousness of preventing noise from disturbing residents, and reduce man-made noise pollution

(2) in the construction site and dormitory, it is strictly prohibited to make noise, sing loudly or knock tools and tableware

(3) objects must be handled with care during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to throw objects and cause noise

(4) the signal commander can only use walkie talkie to command lifting operation after 22 p.m. and before 6 a.m. instead of whistle

2. Strictly control the operation time

(1) the operation time shall not exceed 22 o'clock in the evening and 6 o'clock in the morning

(2) if continuous operation (or night operation) is required under special circumstances, effective measures should be taken to reduce irritability, and the work of the surrounding people should be done well in advance. At the same time, it should be reported to the local environmental protection bureau for filing before construction

3. Measures to reduce restlessness of strong noisy machinery

(1) implement closed operation for strong noisy machinery in the construction site, that is, set up closed machinery sheds for electric saws, electric planers, grinding machines, cutting machines and other equipment, and set up sound insulation sheds for ground pumps, so as to reduce the spread of strong noise. And negotiate with the concrete transportation unit. It is forbidden to turn the accelerator after the concrete truck enters the site

(2) the vibrator used for pouring concrete shall be of low frequency and low irritability type. It shall be operated by professionals, and it is not allowed to pry the reinforcement or formwork during the vibration operation, so as to prevent strong noise from polluting the environment and disturbing residents

(3) strengthen the noise monitoring on the construction site: carry out long-term monitoring according to the measurement method of noise at the boundary of construction site (gb-12524), and assign special personnel to manage. If it is found that the noise limit standard at the boundary of construction site is exceeded, immediately rectify the factors that exceed the standard on the site, in order to ensure the high accuracy of the experimental force reading of the experimental machine, and truly achieve the purpose of construction noise without disturbing the residents

IV. implement classified management

1. Avoid leakage

(1) chemicals (paint, coating) and other materials containing chemical components stored and used on site, and control leakage, spillage and volatilization

(2) strictly control and manage the purchase, transportation, storage, distribution and use of oil, paint, thinner, cold primer oil, template oil, release agent, compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, explosive solid, spontaneous combustion articles, oxidant, organic peroxide and other materials

(3) in case of large-scale spillage, combustion, explosion and other accidents, the emergency treatment shall be carried out according to the plan of the emergency preparation and response procedure

2. During the construction process, clean the ground and reduce the generation of waste

3. Methods of classified collection and differential disposal of wastes. Solid wastes shall be strictly classified, neatly and reasonably stacked and clearly marked according to the corresponding storage areas and storage methods

4. Toxic and hazardous wastes shall be placed separately in closed containers or completely enclosed, and the words harmful shall be marked

5. Wood and other non-toxic and harmless wastes that can be reused on the site of woodwork projects can be recycled on site; Non toxic and harmless wastes that cannot be reused on the site of woodwork projects such as reinforcement and packaging containers can be charged, which should be reported to the business department of the company for approval before disposal

6. Recyclable toxic and hazardous wastes, such as waste oil barrels, waste plastic cloth, waste fire extinguishers, etc., shall be reported to the company's business department and safety equipment department for approval before disposal

7. Non toxic and harmless wastes that cannot be recycled should be entrusted to the garbage removal unit for disposal after being approved by the engineering department, and a garbage removal contract should be signed with it

8. Non recyclable toxic and hazardous wastes should be stored in closed containers in accordance with national regulations to prevent secondary pollution

9. After the domestic waste is approved by the safety equipment department of the company and the construction waste is approved by the business department of the company, it is entrusted to a qualified clearing and disposal unit for disposal

10. The project department inspects the control of solid waste twice a month and reports the inspection to the engineering department, business department and safety equipment department of the head office every quarter

v. carry out environmental protection education regularly

carry out environmental protection education and civilized construction education for all team members, carry out regular large class education, and widely publicize in the form of blackboard newspapers and lectures. Organize the assessment of knowledge and meeting to improve the awareness of environmental protection of all employees, and jointly fulfill their due obligations for environmental protection
